Freshtel offers two residential forms depending on your needs — Registration (for new customers signing up) and Service Request (for existing customers requesting relocation, upgrade, ownership change, renewal, or other changes). You may download the attachment below to get the application form. Once completed, kindly send it to support@freshtel.my. Our team will reach out to you during working hours.
